Development study from 2016. A ship- character- hotel was to be built on this property. The planning is exemplary.
Idyllic natural plot of 3 hectares with an old stock of trees, lake, gardens, and a listed historic water mill from 1747 with outbuildings. In 2017, 26 of 39 modern holiday homes for 4-6 people were built here. The mill was extensively renovated from basement to roof and now operates a courtyard café. The start of extension and refurbishment of the outbuildings is planned for 2019.
