Founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board Devello Immobilien AG
Founder Jens Friedländer, graduate in business studies and property developer, laid the foundation stone for the DEVELLO Group, founded in 1993, during his studies in 1984.
To start with the company completed high-quality residential construction projects with investment sums of between EUR 3 and 15 million. Ten years later, the commercial and hotel construction sectors were added.
The focus is on development, project planning and implementation as well as the holding and management of real estate portfolios for institutional investors and the conception of closed-end real estate funds.
